We are looking for a flexible individual with a broad skill set to undertake a hybrid role providing both project management and business analyst skills to our clients Operational Excellence team.

You will support project delivery and realisation of internal and external benefits, deliver projects that follow the businesses approved project management approach and conduct post implementation reviews to ensure business requirements have been met.

The successful candidate will have a demonstratable background in business analysis and experience in delivering projects along with strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills. The ability to negotiate, mediate and tailor explanations of complex processes, procedures, and concepts to the relevant audience.

This role provides the opportunity to be involved in delivering strategy through supporting major project and programme delivery and by encouraging others to look for opportunities for operational improvement through their learning and development.
