Our client is a hedge fund management company, they are seeking a professional, articulate, proactive individual, ideally with previous experience working as an office manager/ secretary or PA.
It is a core front office/ administrative role, supporting all areas of the Jersey business. Therefore we are looking for a bright candidate ideally with finance industry and a secretarial background and all round common sense. The successful candidate will be juggling a variety of tasks daily from reception duties, managing meeting room bookings and staff business travel, to maintaining training CPD records. Working closely with all members of the Jersey office & other offices, the role requires excellent inter-personal skills and proven strong administrative and IT skills.
