Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment? Our client is looking for an experienced Business Assurance Manager to join their growing Governance Services team. You'll work closely with the Global Operations Director on developing and delivering a robust client entity periodic review process for Governance Services to ensure that client entity files remain up-to-date and regular monitoring is completed.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the business services teams, in particular Risk and Compliance, to ensure alignment across the group with certain policies, procedures and processes, as well as ensuring adequate systems are in place to capture and report relevant data on behalf of client entities.

You'll also support and work with the Managing Directors of Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman, HK and the UK and the global Governance Services Operations team ensuring that Governance Services remains fully integrated across the network and operates in a manner consistent with the business' 'one-firm' approach.
