Our client is an award winning multi jurisdictional legal firm that is looking for a new Associate Director of Group HR Services. This role has responsibility for leading and managing the delivery of Group HR services to Group employees across all jurisdictions, and leading the operational HR team. Responsibility for developing frameworks, establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governing service delivery, establishing processes, maintaining performance and standards, delivering management information and key business insights, setting and measuring employee experience, and providing central co-ordination and reporting of HR projects. Manage the operational HR team who carry out the day to day back office function of HR across all jurisdictions (Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, Singapore, London). Create and drive the strategy for Group HR Delivery to optimise service delivery. Maintain operational processes and control procedures to ensure they are compliant with regulatory guidelines. Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or related area. Proven HR experience. Well organised; accuracy and attention to detail. Sound knowledge of local employment legislation. Strong communication skills. Analytical with proven experience of dealing with complex data. Able to work independently, with multiple priorities and within a team to achieve results.
