Our leading client is looking for an Associate Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be part of the leadership team and work closely to develop a team to provide corporate administration services.

The Associate Director will support the jurisdictional Head of Corporate Services to deliver the business plan and meet financial targets.

The role will deal mainly with SPV companies and smaller JP’s. Qualified in ACA, ACCA or ICSA, experience working in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.  Keen to see individuals with a  strong relevant professional network and co-sec skills.

If you would like to work with a friendly,  driven, passionate and dynamic team, then this could be the role for you.
