Our client is an independently owned fiduciary company that is looking for an Assistant Manager Trust / Senior Administrator. You will be responsible for the preparation of annual financial accounts for a portfolio of private client trusts and companies, to include book-keeping and completion of annual reviews. Also provide support to the team on administering the affairs of a portfolio of trust and companies for high net worth clients (full training will be provided). Book-keeping requirements:

Preparation of trust and company accounts to signing, to include the completion of an annual review file for each client

Dealing with all follow up matters after an in-house Technical Review

Liaising with our in-house tax department or external advisors to provide accounting details for tax compliance purposes and ensuring deadlines are met for the timely submission of tax filing

To assist with FATCA and CRS reporting, including liaising with our in-house FATCA team on their requirements and the preparation of reports

To the preparation of quarterly reports for private client structures

To assist with quarterly billing

Providing support and assistance to team members, to include dealing with day to day administration of a portfolio of trust and companies from time to time

A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience working in either a private client trust/company environment or audit firm

Recently qualified ACA or ACCA

Accounts preparation and bookkeeping skills are essential

Ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Flexible, with the ability to work to time pressures and react calmly to changing demands
