Work for a top Independent Fund House that has offices in over 24 countries and has a one of the greatest reputations. They are looking for an Assistant Manager of Funds and you will ensure the efficiency of the section is maintained and is in line with the Company’s procedures, deal with client requests for assistance and meet the Company’s SLAs. To ensure that new clients and prospects are brought on efficiently and with a good first impression of Group. A sound knowledge of Company Secretarial tasks with an ability to apply the relevant regulations and rules associated with Group’s business activities and guide junior members of staff accordingly. All work undertaken complies with the Fund’s documentation and relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations. Assist the Team Manager in supervision, monitoring and appraisal of the team. Follow Company procedure at all times. Co-ordinate and arrange board meetings of General Partners of funds and other companies administered in the team and ensure that all AGM’s, proxies and notices are dispatched in a timely manner. Maintain quality and control of processes and meet deadlines for meetings. Attend board meetings; assist with taking of minutes and presentation of reports. Have at least 5 years working with a financial institution, preferable within P.E.. Ability to reflect and review your actions and motivate oneself and your team. Think creatively and deliver pragmatic solutions. ICSA diploma, CSQS, ACCA Or equivalent qualification required due to regulated business.
