Our client is a leading independent provider of fiduciary and administration solutions based in Jersey. Their independence allows them to act quickly and decisively to create and administer the right solutions for their clients. They are looking for an Assistant Compliance and Risk Manager - This role has responsibility for the effective management of the compliance and risk team in conjunction with the Head of Compliance. Support and manage the compliance and risk team ensuring that the department is adequately staffed by personnel with the experience and qualifications necessary to fulfil their delegated role within the team. You will be required to maintain a good working knowledge of all the JFSC Laws, Orders, Regulations and Codes of Practice (and by extension, also the Handbook) within the FSB/TCB environment.
