Our client is a leading private, entrepreneurial investment firm that seeds, acquires, and builds Investment Partnerships, and they currently have a rare opportunity to practice in both Jersey and Dublin, Ireland supporting the Company Secretary head of Jersey and Dublin. The desired candidate will have at least five years’ company secretarial experience in an international finance environment. Specific knowledge and experience of working within the finance sectors in Jersey and/or Ireland would be beneficial but not essential as the candidate would develop their knowledge as part of their role. 

You will also work alongside and support the Jersey and Irish management teams. In addition, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to directly support the Group Company Secretary dealing with other jurisdictions such as the UK and be part of company secretarial team projects.
