Our client is one of Jersey’s longest running offshore litigation law firms, specialising in commercial law, trust litigation and family disputes. Trusted as a force for good for over three decades. Currently, they have an exciting opportunity for an Advocate/Associate to advise and represent the firm’s clients in connection with various types and sizes of disputes, including commercial and trust litigation.

The successful candidate will attend Court as an advocate for and on behalf of clients; manage case files properly including ensuring deadlines (particularly Court deadlines) are met and correspondence/documents are filed appropriately (including with the Court, the parties and internally, both hard and electronic filing as appropriate)

This is a position with good long-term prospects; and mentoring available in relation to all aspects of career progression.
