Our client is a global provider of fiduciary and administration services, there is a real appetite for growth and the business is expanding with new acquisitions both in process and projected. They are in the market for a Senior HR Officer who has solid HR generalist background within financial services - to support their global jurisdictions in project work (eg GDPR, contractual reviews, staff handbooks), merger & acquisition support, reporting & data analysis.
The successful candidate must have a financial services background & ideally multiple jurisdiction exposure. Legal / merger & acquisition experience an advantage. Ideally holds CIPD Diploma or legal qualification.
