All applicants will need to have excellent academics to include A-Levels, 2:1 or above at Degree level, Commendation or Distinction at GDL/LPC. Magic / Silver circle background is preferred but given the competitive market, our client can be slightly flexible on this and would consider those working at a top 20 firm in London and further afield. There is also a real emphasis on softer skills – commercial outlook, management skills and empathy, cultural fit will play a key part in the selection process.
Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years PQE. It is essential for candidates to have previous litigation experience and top firm experience is key along with excellent academics
Associate – Dispute Resolution
Our client is keen to speak with candidates at NQ - 3 years PQE level who have previous DR experience. Excellent academics are essential along and top firm experience
Associate – Funds
Our client is keen to speak with candidates between NQ - 3 years PQE. Previous funds experience is not essential for the more junior candidates however, we would be keen for candidates to have good corporate experience where Funds experience is missing. For the top of end of this banding, we would expect candidate to have some Funds exposure. Excellent academics are essential and top firm experience
Associate - Banking & Finance
Candidates must have up to 3 years PQE. We would like to see those with previous Banking & Finance experience within the City. Strong academics are essential along with top firm experience
Associate - Corporate
Candidates must have between 5-8 years PQE. A strong Corporate background is essential along with Magic / silver circle experience and strong academics
