Our client has been recognised as an award winning global trust and corporate service provider with over thirty years experience and with a global network of trusted partners and financial intermediaries.

The HRBP supports the business in managing human resources and employee relations activities, ensuring employment legislation is adhered to and HR policies and approval processes are followed. The HRBP will manage the people-management related agenda at local level to ensure effective HR operational support to Line Managers, in accordance with Group HR Strategy. In addition, they will contribute to various HR-related change management projects and effectively manage local communications.

The HRBP needs to be familiar with the Group’s vision, strategy, plans and values and ensure they are reflected in HR tactics and decision making at the local level.

Responsibilities will include;

§  Operationally leading and managing HR activities in locations of responsibility ensuring that all policies, procedures, processes and systems are maintained in accordance with group standards

§  Use and understand HR tools, policies and procedures, engaging with internal clients effectively to ensure their use

§  Drive consistency of approach across the area of remit in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future needs

§  Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhancing employee engagement and ultimately improving performance

§  Undertake recruitment activity as required

§  Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies, identifying areas for further improvement

§  Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist and specialist), designing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business

§  Contribute toward the production of quarterly board reports

§  Support line managers in creating performance improvement plans and attendance improvement plans, as required

Experience:

§  Relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) including strong employee relations experience

§  CIPD qualified or qualified by experience

§  Full understanding of current employment legislation in locations of responsibility

§  French-speaking

§  Previous generalist HR Management experience

§  Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
