With excellent connections and wide experience in the legal, finance, IT and commercial sectors, Kendrick Rose combine our expertise with strategic planning to produce measurable results.

Founder and Director Shelley Kendrick is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She was selected as a finalist for Female Director of the Year 2011 by the Jersey Institute of Directors.

She has held senior positions in HR, recruitment and selection in Jersey and the UK for the past 20 years. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society.

Formerly Head of Group Recruitment at Mourant, a leading international law and financial services group, Shelley was responsible for the resourcing, recruitment and selection strategy across eleven global jurisdictions. Prior to this she held senior roles advising on all aspects of HR.

Past experience outside of Jersey includes the launch and development of a leading retail brand into the USA, including the recruitment, selection and training of personnel at senior level. With a keen interest in graduate recruitment, Shelley was instrumental in introducing the Association of Graduate Recruiters to Jersey, liaising with local government regarding the formation of the Jersey branch and a Channel Islands sub-group.

The Kendrick Rose team have previously been members of the HR Managers Jersey Forum, The Jersey Funds Association Education and Resourcing Group, The Jersey Finance Education and Resourcing Group, and in the UK, The HR Corporate Research Forum.
